Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour, provide direction and insights through Google Analytics and Salesforce to improve campaign performance and identify potential business opportunities;
• Monitor social media trends and manage all social media platforms;
• Develop strategies that drive customers and generate quality leads through multiple channels (SEO/Google Ad/Social Media Ads/eDM/3rd party collaboration);
• Improve the UI/UX design of website and optimise Conversion Funnel with the support of vendors;
• Build brand awareness and member stickiness through content development, loyalty programmes, viral marketing, media & KOL management;
• Plan and execute online merge offline campaigns for the youth community. Responsibilities include but not limited to idea generation, budgeting, logistics arrangement, promotion and on-site operation;
• Build strategic partnership and engage various networks of partners in Hong Kong, Mainland and globally to grow the community and make a positive impact on the society

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or e-commerce or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in hospitality industry and at least 3 years’ supervisory experience is a plus;
• Hands on experience in social media operation including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TouTiao, Weibo;
• Familiar with website content management system, website development flow and database establishment;
• Good at SEO and marketing tools: Ahrefs, Google Trend, Google Analytics, SendGrid, Facebook Ad, LinkedIn Ad, and Google Ad;
• Proven track record of initiating digital marketing campaigns and community events to engage target audience and meet business goals;
• Highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• Be a good team player, self-initiative and proactive at work;
• Eager to empower young people with business sense for social good;
