Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, ordering supplies and handling mail.
  • Perform all round administrative duties, including procurement stationery, office supplies, contracts renewal and and maintenances of equipment & facilities.
  • Responsible for recruitment activities, including job ad posting, CV selection, interview arrangement, onboarding arrangement, etc.
  • Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels to fulfill recruitment needs
  • Prepare Employment contracts & HR letters, notices and announcements.
  • Undertake any HR & Admin projects/tasks assigned by department head.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
