We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our IT team. This role is pivotal as the first tier of IT support, ensuring a positive user experience through timely and accurate issue resolution and documentation. IT Coordinator

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for consulting and support on all IT topics.
• Resolve IT issues related to desktop/laptop computers, printers, networking, servers, and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad).
• Troubleshoot software problems, including Operating Systems and Office Applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems in the branch office.
• Connector between the branch office and Regional IT
• Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
• Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
• Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT
• Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
• Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
• Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• Bachelor holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience in a multicultural IT environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Solution-driven mindset with proactive thinking.
• Experience with Citrix and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
• Knowledge for Cisco Routers and Switches is definitely an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
