Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control

Requirements

High Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field
Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
Able to work under pressure
Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
