Job Description
We are and event production company hiring an Event Production Coordinator to assist with planning and producing live events. This individual will report directly to our Production Manager.
Job Duties:
- Manage, plan and implement conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions or promotions projects
- Manage lighting, audio, video equipment
- Monitor project progress and quality
- Implement the execution on site
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants as well as internal departments for work execution
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Attending production meetings, meeting the requirements of our clients.
Skills Required:
- Interested in audio visual equipment lighting, audio, video and decoration production is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Skill on using CAD or other technical drawing applications is an advantage
- Ability to use MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Technical knowledge in event setup & venue decoration would be an advantage.
- Quick thinking and positive attitude, good organisational skills with outstanding attention to details.
- Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
- Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin and conversant in English.
