Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer (AI & Data)

Job Duties

• Creating detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams and flowcharts.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines and cloud-based architectures to support efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Optimize data discovery and analytics performance on big data platforms by defining scalable transformation logic and data models.
• Leverage advanced data mining and statistical techniques to uncover valuable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Translating complex data mining results into actionable business intelligence.
• Ensuring seamless and efficient data engineering workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of data pipelines and architectures, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
• Stay informed about emerging industry trends and technologies, potential innovations, particularly in AI and data-related fields.
• Creating detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams and flowcharts.
• Responsible for training, fine-tuning (SFT), and system deployment of vertical domain large models, promoting efficient application of large models in industrial environments.
• Participate in the algorithm design and development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agent modules to enhance reasoning capabilities in dynamic and complex environments.
• Develop and maintain validation, evaluation, and performance monitoring processes for large models to ensure system stability and usability.
• Develop latest new technology projects in Operations, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Model (LLM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other new technologies

Requirements

• > 5 years of Hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions and AI/ML on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in utilizing key AWS services such as Redshift, MWAA, DynamoDB, RDS, Athena, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, and others.
• Extensive experience in data engineering with strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• A deep passion for leveraging data and cloud technologies to deliver impactful solutions.
• Hands-on experience with leading BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Proficiency in using cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in cloud-native services and tools.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as AWS Glue, Amazon QuickSight, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon Athena is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to provide technical support
• Familiarity with MLOps/ModelOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Proven ability to deploy, manage, and optimize solutions in production environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
