(Urgent) Business Analyst (on site West Kowloon)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating communication and collaboration between users, IT teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conducting a thorough analysis of business and system flows to identify opportunities for improvement with documentation.
• Participating in cross-team development to ensure interfaces and system integrations are up to standard.
• Working with the infrastructure team to ensure the systems and applications are running with the expected environment setup.
• Liaising with external service providers to ensure the applications and operations comply with IT policies and standards.
• Participating in system design, system development, system testing, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.

Requirements:

• Possess higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in system development and implementation including PL/SQL, database procedure/package, ETL, report.
• Have hands-on experience in tier 1 ERP development, integration and support.
• Have solid experience in data conversion and transformation.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven team player with a mature and positive attitude.
• Be proficient in written English and spoken Cantonese.
