Job Description
The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree in social sciences, vocational education, marketing, business administration or other related disciplines;
- a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in student affairs and operation administration;
- good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders;
- good project management skills, knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques;
- high computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc. A good understanding of generative AI and data skills is preferred;
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include
- to plan and implement the provision of student learning support and activities including workshops, study tour, WorldSkills competitions, exhibitions, school talks, sponsorship etc;
- to liaise with local and mainland industry stakeholders and youth on participation in various events or programmes;
- to provide general administrative and clerical support to School operations in assigned Departments;
- to maintain databases, and compile statistical reports and data analyses for management;
- to be flexible in terms of working hours and locations, to support any ad-hoc events and assignments when required; and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
