Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Marketing Executive/Assistant to join our innovative Corporate Marketing Team. As a Marketing Executive/Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, both online and offline. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities. Keep track of industry news and market intelligence.

• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: facilitate effective marketing communications to enhance brand awareness and engagement, implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in copywriting, messaging and brand presentation. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create and distribute promotional materials.

• Marketing Communications:all-round online and offline promotion channels including advertising, website, eDM, social media, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, public relations, marketing collaterals, to name a few.

• Event Organizing: assist in organizing events, including seminars, exhibitions, press event, and promotional activities, to engage target audiences.

• Business and Marketing Reports: prepare regular comprehensive business and marketing reports to track performance and provide insights for future strategies.

• Coordination: as the HQ in Hong Kong, work closely with other mainland China offices (SZ and SH) to deliver and liaise regional marketing campaigns.

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years solid experience in marketing field, less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant
• Strong presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, fluent in English and Putonghua are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and AI marketing tools will be an added advantage.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
