Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns to promote livestreaming events and featured products.
  • Video Content Production: Create and edit high-quality video content for use in livestreams, social media, and promotional materials to enhance audience engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our livestreams.
  • Livestream Monitoring: Monitor livestreaming events to ensure high traffic and engagement, implementing strategies to optimize viewership and interaction.
  • Website Management: Be familiar with website management, ensuring that content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and reach.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the livestreaming team to ensure marketing efforts align with upcoming events and product launches.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and other brands to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years or more experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Familiarity with website management and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and inform strategies.
  • Experience in video production and editing  and graphic design is a plus.
