Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Tendering Manager to send out price enquiries and prepare prelimiary price comparison after quotation are received;
- Quantities tasks for BQ/ Schedule of Rates preparation;
- Study tender documents, prepare checklist and documents for submission;
- Documents filing, includes Tender Documents, Tender Submission, Price Comparison, Forms for QA System, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Construction or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office;
- Immediate availability is preferred;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Estimator.
