Project Manager - Energy Management - MEP

Our client is a large MNC that specialise in environmental services, such as energy management, water treatment, decarbonizing, regenerating resources, and depolluting solutions etc.

They are looking for a Project Manager from a Mechanical/Electrical background to assist with the daily Operation & Maintenance of one of their projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
 

• Lead the Operation and Maintenance teams to carry out routine and preventive maintenance and operational works
• Ensure compliance to the local EHS ordinance and regulations by continuing reviewing the performance and proposing improvement plans
• Liaise with Site H&S Manager to ensure that all H&S requirements are satisfied
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction and detect new business opportunities
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and teammates
• Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works
• Prepare yearly budget and monitor monthly expenses

Requirements
 

• Bachelor degree in Building services, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering;
• 8 years of experiences in BS or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• HKIE membership is preferred
• A team player, with strong leadership, project management, client relationship management and communication skills
• Independent & self-motivating
• Strong communication skill, English, Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills (Google workplace and MS Office, etc.)
