Job Description
Rsponsibilities:
- Provide end-user software applications and computer hardware (including CCTV, Multi - POS System) support and troubleshooting in a professional manner
- Diagnose and resolve user reported issues related to application and hardware
- Provide full support to ensure the information system are operating smoothly and other IT- related support as required
- Responsible for providing technical support, maintenance and installation of hardware & software, server and networking administration
- Perform system upgrades and apply patches to ensure optimal security and performance
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferred in F&B and Retail related system, such as Point-of-Sale (POS), Loyalty Program Systems (CRM) etc
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, capable of working independently with a positive attitude
