Accounts Clerk (會計文員)
Job duties:
- Handle intercompany transaction and reconciliations;
- Handle daily accounting duties including data input;
- Issue cheques, prepare bank reconciliation and vouchers;
- Review and process expense reports;
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable payments;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions;
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting;
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned;
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting;
- 2 years full set account experience;
- Proficient in MS word and excel;
- Self-motivated, mature, detail oriented, able to work independently, well organized and responsible;
- Immediate availability is preferred;
