Job Description
- Coordinate with user department on repair and maintenance issues
- Coordinate with contractor on invitation of quotation, tendering, site inspection and project progress
- Follow up annual / quarterly maintenance work (e.g. Lift, Fire Services, Pest Control) at headquarters and other location
- Conduct inspection of Headquarter and other location
- Maintain record of repair and maintenance work
- Working hour : Mon-Alt Sat, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., 5 or 5.5 days per alternate week)
- Working location : Choi Wan
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required.
- Diploma or higher diploma in Property Management, Building Studies or related disciplines
- 2 years of relevant experiences
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detailed-mind, responsible, well organized and can work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
