Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for office and store users.
- Perform initial problem diagnosis, remote support, and provide deskside support when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software, including manage user accounts (creation, deletion and updates), and email configurations.
- Monitor and manage IT inventory, ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and properly maintained.
- Document and track support requests.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and experience related to common office IT issues & systems.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Appreciation for clean and well documented code.
