Job Description
To cope with our expansion and continuous growth in the transportation and logistics related service, we are inviting talents to join our professional team.
About the Role:

Maintain and support network, server and storage infrastructure for internal offices, data centers and client projects

Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
-
Ensure smooth operation of office IT systems, including accounts and access control
-
Assist with project deployments and infrastructure maintenance at client sites
About You:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
-
Holder of CCNA, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CSX-F, CSX-P qualification is preferable
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
At least three years’ work experience in server and network administration, computer technical support
-
Experience in Windows 2019 servers, Cisco network/IP-Phone, Exchange, TCP/IP including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN and WINS operation
