Shipping Coordinator

Our office is located in Kwai Chung while our manufacturing partner is based in Donggun, China and Germany. The application would be required to communicate between our clients and the factory from production stage all the way through to the product delivery stage.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, our mainland factories and shipping service providers for shipment arrangement.
• Work closely with factory for production arrangement.
• Carrying out quality checks and inspection on incoming shipment
• Handle the daily logistics tasks with both internal and external parties
• Handle I/E shipping documents. 
• Organized, focused to work on multiple tasks
• Ad-hoc assignments as assigned 

Requirements:
• At least 2 years related experience in Electronics Manufacturing sector
• Good command in English and Mandarin;
• Multi-tasking, able to work independently and within tight deadline;
• Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative 
• Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 
• Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
