Engineer/ Senior Engineer

San Yik Air Conditioning Engineering Co., Ltd. is looking for a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join our team! If you have strong experience in project management within the HVAC industry, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee air conditioning projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Solve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as needed
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and attend meetings

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Building Services, or related engineering fields
• Minimum 2years of experience in HVAC or building services projects (For Senior Project Engineer only)
• Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF and split type air conditioning systems
• Experience in project management, site coordination, and contractor supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
