Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·       Perform daily accounting duties including full set of GL, AR and AP

·       Prepare accounting journals, vouchers, billing and filing

·       Support month-end closing activities such as data entry and transaction

·       Perform monthly reconciliation for bank and other accounts  

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage.
  • Higher Diploma or above in accounting or equivalent or equivalent with basic knowledge in accounting
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Chinese typing to efficiently handle daily tasks and Knowledge in MYOB system is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
