Job Description
Promoting and selling high end brands of pastry and bakery products to F&B professionals in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned accounts and build up long-term customer relationship with food service customers and Chefs in F&B field
- Develop new accounts and meet sales target
- Execute new product launches and report on success rates
- Responsible for developing plans and executing presentations
- Update management for the information of market, customers, and competitors
- Participate in key sales and marketing presentations / demonstrations as necessary with the team
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience on Sales and Marketing, related to hotel and F&B industry
- High school certificate / Diploma holder
- Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
- Pastry and Bakery products knowledge is an advantage
- Out-of-office work required for meeting with customers on daily basis
- Aggressive, Creative and Sales- oriented, Out going
- Fresh Graduate with F&B relevant discipline may consider
