Job Description

您的咖啡專業，由成為Starbucks咖啡調配師開展
工作職責:
- 提供優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境
- 遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品
- 協助店經理管理店舖營運及人手分配
- 指導夥伴(員工)有效提升顧客服務質素，以確保夥伴為顧客營造並維持良好的星巴克體驗
工作要求:
- 必須1-2年或以上餐飲業或零售業管理經驗
- 良好中英文溝通技巧，主動熱誠，具領導才能及團隊合作精神
工作技巧:
- 具快速學習能力
- 能理解和執行口頭和書面指示，並在需要時要求澄清
- 具人際交往及建立關係的能力
- 喜歡團隊協作
