投標經理（初級/高級）

職責：

尋找合適的招標項目，進行市場分析並制定投標策略

分析標書內容，確保符合公司業務需求及市場競爭力

填寫標書文件，準備相關投標資料，確保準確及符合規範

跟進投標進度，與相關部門及客戶保持溝通，確保項目順利進行

協調內部資源，組織跨部門投標團隊，推動合作

監督投標流程，包括技術方案、價格矩陣及回應客戶查詢

進行投標後分析，整理成功與未成功的投標結果，並提供改進建議

建立及維護投標資料庫，包括市場價格、物流成本及公司資訊

入職要求：

大學學歷，商業管理、採購或相關專業優先

具備投標項目處理經驗，能獨立完成投標流程

熟悉傢俬行業者優先考慮

具備中英文閱讀、書寫及溝通能力，流利普通話

熟練使用 MS Word、Excel（能製作簡單報表）及相關辦公室軟件

具備良好的組織能力、細心、有責任感

能獨立工作，並具備團隊合作精神

具備市場分析及風險評估能力

Job Title: Bidding Manager( junior/ senior)

Location: Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

Identify suitable tender projects, conduct market analysis, and develop bidding strategies

Analyze tender documents to ensure alignment with company business needs and market competitiveness

Prepare and complete tender documents and related bidding materials with accuracy and compliance

Follow up on bidding progress and maintain communication with relevant departments and clients

Coordinate internal resources and organize cross-functional bidding teams to drive collaboration

Oversee the bidding process, including technical solutions, pricing matrix, and responding to customer inquiries

Conduct post-bid analysis, review successful and unsuccessful bids, and provide improvement recommendations

Maintain and update a tender database, including market pricing, logistics costs, and company information

Job Requirements:

University degree, preferably in business management, procurement, or related fields

Experience in handling tender projects and ability to manage the bidding process independently

Familiarity with the furniture industry is preferred

Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin

Skilled in MS Word, Excel (capable of creating basic reports), and other office software

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork skills

Experience in market analysis and risk assessment
