What's the role?

As Management Trainee Program, which is a 12-months fast-track career development program, you’ll have the opportunity to gaining exposure in different areas during your rotation:

• 1st month – General Introduction, Sales & Marketing Overview and Technical Skill
• 2nd to 6th months – Working with experienced technicians and internal departments
• 7th month – Overseas Training
• 8th to 9th month – Work as senior technician
• 10th to 12th months – Work as acting supervisor

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to pursue a specialist role in Operations Department or advancement to a management position for those with high potentials or even have the opportunities to work in regional projects or attend regional learning program.

What do you need?

• Diploma or above
• Passionate in excelling in Operations

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, strong customer orientation and with a “can-do” attitude
