工作職責:
• 負責餐廳的日常運作，包括日常管理和員工培訓
• 協助執行公司政策及營銷計劃，提升營業額
• 領導及監督團隊提供高品質的客戶服務
• 確保餐廳符合衛生標準
• 負責餐廳人手編排、監控成本
• 確保餐廳設備完好
• 履行公司分派的餐廳項目
入職要求:
• 最少3年中式或相關餐飲管理工作經驗
• 良好的管理技能
• 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
• 具領導才能及責任感
• 良好分析及制訂方案能力
• 良好粵語及英語，能操流利普通話優先
