專業背景：室内設計、環藝設計或建築學專業
學歷要求：全日制本科或碩士
工作經驗：有1年或更長時間的相關工作經驗
英文：IELTS成績 5.5分、或CET- 6級
軟件技能：
- 繪圖軟件：AutoCad
- 建模軟件：SketchUp與Rhino
- 渲染軟件：Enscape、或Lumion、或Vary
- 圖像處理軟件：Photoshop
- 排版軟件：PowerPoint與InDesign
- 辦公軟件：Word與Excel
具體要求：具有室内設計、環藝設計或建築學專業學習背景，且畢業工作一年或以上，熟練以上軟件，對室内公共空間（如：辦公、酒店、商店、餐廳、學校、及其他政府設施等）有一定的方案設計經驗，且能熟練繪製室内施工圖（能夠獨立完成方案及施工圖者優先）。且對建築設計有一定了解。具備較強學習能力和團隊精神，能夠快速適應新環境和項目需求。
