財務管理部處室高級主任

任職要求：

1. 香港或内地大學畢業，持有財務會計學士學位；

2. 熟悉香港與內地會計準則等專業財務知識；

3. 精通中、英文書寫，粵語、英語和普通話口語；

4. 精通MS Excel，有SAP和久其經驗者優先考慮；

5. 具較強的分析、問題解決能力，以及人際交往能力；

6. 積極主動，盡忠職守，責任心強，能在緊迫的期限內完成工作；

 7. 能獨立工作並具有團隊合作精神。

8. 有香港/内地稅務工作經驗者優先考慮。

  Job requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;

2. Strong technical accounting skill and familiar with HK and PRC accounting standards;

3. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, experience in SAP and Jiuqi is a plus;

5. Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

6. Self-motivated, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines; and 
7.Able to work independently and team-oriented.
8.Experience in HK/ PRC tax is a plus

崗位職責：

1. 負責子公司/聯營公司的日常財務與稅務管理，與控股公司、內地和海外公司財務團隊密切合作；

2. 負責各類香港與內地準則財務報表的編報；

3. 負責財務預算預測報表和財務分析工作，撰寫分析報告；

4. 負責年度財務決算及審計工作；

5. 參與投資項目工作；

6. 完成其他臨時工作任務。

Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day financial and tax management of subsidiaries/affiliated companies, working closely with our holding company, PRC and overseas finance team;

2. Prepare group/subsidiaries’ consolidation reporting under HK & PRC accounting standards;

3. Prepare financial forecast reporting and financial analysis for management, prepare analytical reports;

4. Responsible for annual financial audit, preparing accounting schedules under HK and PRC accounting standards for year-end audit;

5. Participate in investment projects;
6. Preform ad-hoc assignments as required.
