Learning Curve 現正招聘一名項目助理，負責神秘顧客服務和消費者研究等項目。

工作需求：

• 享受在小型公司跟客戶進行緊密聯絡的工作
• 主動、靈活，積極主動，責任感強
• 組織能力強，有較強的抗壓能力，能夠在限期下有條不紊地工作
• 具備優秀的人際交往能力，並能操流利的粵語和英語書面及口語，懂普通話更佳
• 具兩至三年相關經驗優先

工作職責：

• 為零售、酒店和主題公園的客戶進行規劃和執行神秘顧客計劃
• 與客戶密切合作以實現項目的關鍵績效指標
• 負責神秘顧客的招募和培訓
• 利用網上報告平台管理項目
• 籌備和發表演示簡報予客戶

Learning Curve is searching for a Project Coordinator, Mystery Shopping/Consumer Research, in Hong Kong.

OUR IDEAL PERSON
You should enjoy working end-to-end with clients in a smaller, dynamic, open culture company environment. We need you to have initiative and flexibility, be proactive with a strong sense of responsibility. It’s essential you are an effective planner who is organised and works well with deadlines.

You should have good social and communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, high-level English and Mandarin an advantage. Applicants with at least 2-3 years previous experience will be highly considered.  

YOUR PROJECT TASKS

• Assist planning and executing mystery shopping programs for retail, hospitality and theme park clients
• Work closely with Project Managers to fulfil project KPI’s
• Manage recruitment and training of shoppers
• Use online reporting platform, Google forms and Excel to coordinate projects
