【需要您】

Assistant Catering Manager

【You will be expected to】

1. Be responsible for daily staff management & operation of the restaurant

2. Develop effective staff training to improve team efficiency and maintain standard image

3, Organize regular tracking and review; Maintain lower costs of the restaurant to improve profits, also to ensure the smooth and stable operation;

4, Keep good relationships with customer through effective communication, to maintain high-level customer satisfaction.

【What You Need】

- Working in the catering industry for 1-2 years, more than 1-year duty management experience, McDonald's, KFC or other large chain restaurant duty experience preferred

- Love catering industry, eager to learn, self-motivated and responsible

- Excellent management skills & leadership
