現為柴灣水務署總部暨香港及離島分署及懲教署總部大樓的項目招聘以下駐地盤人員(合約編號: 9AE124):
We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and coordination work for the project of “Water Supplies Department Headquarters and Correctional Services Department Headquarters Building in Chai Wan Junction of Shing Tai Road, Chong Fu Road and Sheung Tat Street” (Consultancy Agreement No. 9AE124):

駐地盤一級監工(樓宇)的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Works Supervisor I (Building) shall be as follows:

• 申請人持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院之其中一間工業學院頒發的建築學證書或同等資格 / 工程資格；或
  Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications; or
  
  在相關的學科中成功完成認可的技術員學徒制；或
  Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
  
  在相關的學科中成功完成認可的手工藝學徒制，並具備兩年的相關技術工人經驗；或
  Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
  
  在相關的學科中具備5年技術工人經驗.
  5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline.

• 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷；
  Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;

[＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]


 

• 在取得以上資格後具備三年相關之工作經驗 / 三年相關工作經驗其中包括在公共工程項目或在《於公共工程項目中顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊》中列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等職級的相關工作經驗；
  3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 3 years’ relevant experience as RWSII or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook;

僱傭合約期為9個月，由二零二四年十二月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 9 months commencing from December 2024 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
