We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and coordination work for the project of “Water Supplies Department Headquarters and Correctional Services Department Headquarters Building in Chai Wan Junction of Shing Tai Road, Chong Fu Road and Sheung Tat Street” (Consultancy Agreement No. 9AE124):

駐地盤助理屋宇裝備工程督察的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Assistant Building Services Inspector shall be as follows:

• 申請人持有由香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院頒發的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程文憑 / 高級證書或同等資格；
  A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; and
  
   
• 香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷。
  Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. 
  
  [＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]
  [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
  
   
• 在取得以上資格後具備三年相關工作經驗，負責建築服務設備的現場監督工作。
  3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations.
  
   

僱傭合約期為8-9個月，即時上班優先考慮，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 8-9 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
