10/10 HOPE & Brand Store: Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• To lead, motivate and empower professional sales force to grow with the business
• Monitor the daily operations for retail shop, and manage and motivate team members to achieve sales target and company’s objectives.
• Monitor stock level & execute monthly stock take following brand’s policies and respecting timelines.
• Prepare regular reports & sales analysis to Brand & Sales Manager, and attend the monthly sales meeting.
• Inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
• Supervise store’s manpower issues, staff performance and discipline, make recommendations for improvement.
• Handle the roaster for daily operation.
• Make sure the store members achieve the company standards in product knowledge, selling skills and customer services.
• Handle customer’s complaints and feedback and build the relationships between the customer and the company.
• To build a long-term relationship with the clients rather than “one-shot”
• Handle ad hoc tasks upon request

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years solid sales & operations experience in beauty or retail industry
• You have the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities – including the capacity to converse authentically with clients
• Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English
