Position Overview:
As an AI Infrastructure Engineer at a blockchain-centric technology platform, he will be a pivotal contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our AI-driven infrastructure. His expertise in AI technologies, blockchain, and cybersecurity will be essential in enhancing our platform's capabilities, ensuring its scalability, security, and performance. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that align with our mission of creating a secure, efficient, and eco-friendly ecosystem, driving innovation and efficiency within our digital service data catalogue and marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• AI Infrastructure Design: Develop and maintain the AI infrastructure that supports the blockchain ecosystem, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Ensure that the infrastructure aligns with our strategic goals of reducing costs and enhancing benefits for all participants.
• AI Model Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into the platform, ensuring seamless operation and effective utilization of AI capabilities to enhance content creation, validation, and marketplace functionalities. - Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, recommending their integration into our platform to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation, particularly in the context of our Dynamic Service Involvement Protocol (DSIP).
• System Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in AI systems, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and scalability, in line with our commitment to a sustainable and eco-friendly infrastructure.
• Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures for AI systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy, encryption, and access controls, as part of our commitment to a secure and confidential operating environment.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to AI development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts, to define AI-driven product features and enhancements. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting our goal of digital transformation and collaboration.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI infrastructure, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides, ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for AI systems, proposing mitigation strategies to address potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, in alignment with our corporate governance focus on accountability and responsibility.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity, applying relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the platform, supporting our mission to bridge the real and symbolic economies.

Minimum entry requirements:

• Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (4 years) in software architecture, ideally within the blockchain or cybersecurity domains.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, including distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and best practices, including encryption, authentication, access controls, and secure coding.
• Expertise in designing and developing scalable, high- performance software systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical software solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Monthly salary (HK$) and major fringe benefits to be offered:

• 70,000 Salary
• Rental Allowance (capped at $30,000 HKD)
• Vested Equity Options (Exercise price to be disclosed to the applicant upon application.)
