Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative work including preparation of payment vouchers, cheque, voucher and filing
  • Provide general administrative supports to the Department
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • DSE, HKCEE or above (accounting or LCCI Intermediate above preferred)
  • With 2 years or above experience in administrative filed
  • Mature, independent, motivated person and able to work under pressure and meet schedule
  • Good command of MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
