Accountant / Accounting Assistant

What you’ll do is to…… 
 

• Give support in the general accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, etc.
• Assist in cash management and ensure the related control and procedures are compiled
• Review and analyze financial statements and variances to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in monitoring daily bank balances, executing inter-account transactions, and managing cash pooling
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors

You will thrive in the role if you ……
 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 1 year in-house working experience
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving and Microsoft Excel skills
• Effective communication skill in both Chinese and English
• Immediately available is preferred
