Job Responsibilities

• Review weekly vendor payment requests
• Review Concur employee expense reports
• Prepare General Ledger transactions timely and accurately
• Post recurring and adjustment journals in Oracle
• Handle cash management and inter-company fund transfer/ settlement
• Perform period-end Balance Sheet reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
• Submit Balance Sheet schedules on Blackline
• Maintain fixed asset registers and run depreciation in Oracle
• Attend stock take and coordinate fixed asset count at the year-end
• Ensure finance records in compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirement
• Continuously identify internal control risk and bring up effective solutions
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned and required

Education and Experience

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance or above
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and financial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is preferable
• Self-motivated, well-organized & able to work independently
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
• Immediately available is highly preferred
