Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting Studies
• 4-5 years relevant experience in financial accounting operation
• Solid experience in handling full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Experience in managing AR cycle, preferably with trading background
• Detail-minded, dynamics, self-initiative with good organization skills
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, preferably with SAP system
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Monitor the cycle of AR functions & collection status and prepare aging report
• Provide support on cashflow projection and account closing with branch offices
• Assist in annual auditing coordination with auditors and perform ad hoc duties
