What you’ll be doing?
- Handle full set of accounts including daily routine accounting operation and month-end closing and reporting.
- Prepare and consolidate regular management reports and analysis for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Continuously review account keeping process and finance reporting to improve efficiency thought better process, software and automation.
- Coordinate with business departments for accounting related matters and daily accounting transactions
- Handle daily AP and Bank operations as needed.
- Liaise with external parties and complete audit and tax reporting
- Perform filing statutory return with the Company Registry and ensuring compliance with the statutory requirement.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Complete other ad-hoc reports as requested.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in accounting
- Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Matured, confident, energetic and willing to learn
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Accountant
