ACCOUNTING MANAGER [Ref. AM]

Job Requirement and Description: 

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent 
• 8 years' relevant experience, preferably with commercial experience
• Experience in PRC and/or property industry is an advantage
• Solid experience in handling group accounting
• To handle the group consolidation, annual budgets, forecasts, group reporting matters and full sets of accounts
• Strong analytical mind, well-organized, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Familiar with Oracle or other ERP system is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
