Accounting Manager (Ref No.: ACCT/AM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting / organization system development, revamp and maintenance

• In charge for a team for full range of management functions including budgeting, forecast, treasury management, analyze and ensure financial reports are in compliance of statutory requirements

• Communicate with different departments to resolve operational issues

• Liaise with external auditors, government and funders for financial projects

• Assist in risk management and internal control enhancement, identify measures to enhance efficiency, explore resources for the Agency

• Train and supervise staff to enhance performance and efficiency of operations

• Handle and Assist any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Accounting or other related disciplines

• At least 6 years solid experience in accounting / audit field, NGO experience is preferable

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Word, and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

• Strong problem solving, analytical and leadership skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and teamwork

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
