About the Role

As an Accounting Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be part of a passionate team committed to improving the lives of pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Handle Full set of accounts independently.
• Manage bank accounts, including reconciliations and transaction tracking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management accounts.
• Lead teammates in the daily operations of accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate level or up
• Knowledge or experience in using Peachtree or other accounting systems
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality, self-motivated, detailed-minded, and able to work independently.
• Pet-owners are preferred
• More relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant position
