Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions (AR & AP) and book-keeping
  • Prepare cheques, bank remittances & bank reconciliations
  • Handle invoice processing, data entry and filing
  • Verify the accuracy of the document, prepare vouchers and payments
  • Responsible for month/year-end closing, support in annual audit
  • Reimbursement of petty cash and review and verify staff claim
  • Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or LCCI 2nd level;
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland banking system, including online banking tools
  • Prior work experience in both HK and PRC will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge in the application of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
