We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to handle shipping accounting tasks while also supporting administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent multitasking abilities, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
1. Manage and process shipping-related invoices, bills, and payments.
2. Reconcile shipping accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
3. Prepare monthly reports.
4. Administrative Duties: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
