工作內容:
- 處理日常辦公室行政工作,當中包括物品採購、資產及庫存管理、保險跟進、日常開支紀錄及付款申請流程等
- 跟進日常辦公室行政運作事項,例如前台接待、快遞及郵件收發、物資取用登記、辦公室衛生及整潔管理等
- 與各服務或產品供應商聯絡、對比價格、議價等
- 處理各種資料輸入、文書處理
- 協助籌備不同的公司活動或節日活動,例如團建、週年晚會、節日佈置、節日送禮等
- 協助人力資源部進行招聘面試安排、門禁登記、新人入職介紹等
- 處理其他由管理層及主管指派的工作
要求:
- 高級文憑或以上學歷,1-3年行政工作經驗;
- 有高度團隊協作精神、積極主動、願意承擔工作責任
- 能在有張時間內獨立處理多項任務及適時懂得應變
- 可即時上班優先考慮

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full spectrum office administration including office supplies procurement, facilities and asset management, insurance and administrative payment processingetc;
- Responsible for daily operation (reception, mailing, courier service, office hygiene and tidiness etc);
- Liaise with vendors / suppliers for quotation, price negotiation and delivery;
- Various data input and document handling;
- Coordinate various company activities;
- Assist in HR for interview arrangement, new staff on board activities etc
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements :
- Diploma holder with 1-3 years experience;
- Well-organized and able to work independently under tight time frame;
- Mature, good team player, cheerful, polite, outgoing and self-motivated
- Immediate available or at short notice is a definite advantage;
- IANG would be considered
