Responsibilities:

  • Working in one of our banking clients’ premises
  • General office administrative procedures including but not limited to stationery ordering, printed matters, office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments with room arrangement, postal and courier services etc to ensure smooth execution on an on-going basis
  • Input maintenance data and clerical work support
  • Handle office facilities/equipment (incl. Jabra phone and dealer board) maintenance
  • Handle hotline and e-mail enquiries
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above with at least 3 years relevant experience in administrative duties
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability in MS Word PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
