Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department;
- Handle incoming enquires and follow-ups thru Whatsapp and call;
- Contact, check and organize clients’ documents and information;
- Track status updates and follow-ups;
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties;
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Responsible, well organized, mature and self-motivated;
- Good communication skills and analytical skills;
- Willing to learn and explore new knowledge;
- 1 year relevant experience in Company Secretary and SMEs consulting firm is preferred;
- Basic bank product knowledge and company search is preferred;
- Good command in Chinese and English writing skills;
- Good command in spoken English and Cantonese;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, English and Chinese word processing;
Immediately available is highly preferred.
Work Location:East Tsim Sha Tsui (30 seconds walk from MTR)
