Administration Officer / Administration Assistant

职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the daily operation including monitoring of office, warehouse,  logistics and retail store issue;
  • Provide full spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, such as data input, handling phone calls, filing and clerical works, office equipment maintenance and repair coordination…etc.
  • Provide HR & Administrative supports & handle general accounting duties
  • Handle and monitor logistics team issue, such as Insurance, traffic accident and maintance.
  • Attend meetings, taking minutes and handling related documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • At least 3 years of secretarial and administrative experience
  • Be pro-active, presentable, responsible, discreet and trustworthy, with people skills strong enough to cope with a dynamic environment.
  • Less experience will be consider as Administration Assistant.
  • Immediately available is preferred
