职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operation, account payable & receivable, bank activities.
  • Prepare monthly schedules & analysis reports
  • Implement accounting & finance policies & operation process.
  • Manage documentation and data entry in system timely
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
  • Handle Office administration and procurement
  • Support assigned HR task e.g. recruitment, payroll, MPF

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy, Business Administration or related discipline with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
