Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operation, account payable & receivable, bank activities.
- Prepare monthly schedules & analysis reports
- Implement accounting & finance policies & operation process.
- Manage documentation and data entry in system timely
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Handle Office administration and procurement
- Support assigned HR task e.g. recruitment, payroll, MPF
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accountancy, Business Administration or related discipline with 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
