Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc.
- Support in office systems control (e.g. safety and security, phone and mobile, etc.)
- Inventory management and office administration.
- Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in administrative management, preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge in MS office.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
