职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers/visitors, couriers in a professional manner
  • Provide office administrative support to HK Office not limited to order stationery/pantry supplies, name card purchase, office equipment/service maintenance, etc
  • Reconcile invoice payment and cost allocation of different departments to Finance
  • Back up HR & Administration Officer to provide Group Travel Arrangement and coordinate with different local counterparts for accommodation and pick-up services
  • Support Company events and assist to organize employee engagement activities
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with good team spirit
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Knowledge in Excel and PC applications and Chinese word processing
  • Strong organizing and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is preferred
